Wahoo (Acanthocybium solandri) are in the family Scombridae, which includes mackerels, bonitos, and tunas. They inhabit tropical and subtropical waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans including the Caribbean and Mediterranean seas. Wahoo prefer water temperatures between 21° and 30° Celsius.
